Shipping policy

UK Shipping

We are proud to offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £150. For orders under £150, a flat shipping rate of £5.99 applies.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being confirmed. During busy periods or for certain items, dispatch may take a little longer — if this applies to your order we will contact you directly. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times within the UK are 2–5 business days.

All UK orders are fulfilled inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties. There are no hidden charges on delivery.

EU & International Shipping

We ship worldwide. The following rates apply:

Estimated delivery times are 5–10 business days for EU orders and 7–14 business days for international orders. These are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Customs & Import Duties

EU and international customers may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected by Static Devices at the point of sale. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering.

If you would like UK VAT removed from your order total, please contact us at info@staticdevices.com before placing your order and we will be happy to assist.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with full tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Carriers

We ship via World Options, giving us access to major international carriers including DHL, UPS, FedEx, Evri and Kuehne+Nagel. Smaller items may be dispatched via Royal Mail. All shipments are fully trackable.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@staticdevices.com and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
